CEL Manion Consulting Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drafting service allows clients to bring their ideas and concepts to life on paper. From 3D visual representations of custom floor plans and renovations to dock and deck designs and detailed construction drawings, we help transform conceptual designs into professional, presentation-ready plans.
We begin by reviewing your design ideas and gather the necessary measurements and site information required to complete the drawings. Once the draft is prepared, clients have the opportunity to review and request revisions. We work collaboratively throughout the process to ensure the final design accurately reflects your vision.

Note: CEL Manion Consulting is not a registered design practitioner as defined under the Ontario Building Code or Building Permit Application process for residential design or plan submission. Clients may choose to assume responsibility for design submissions; our role is to provide drafting services only. Depending on the complexity of the project, as well as the client’s knowledge and comfort level, some may choose to engage a registered design practitioner to complete and their plans.
