Cory Manion holds a college diploma in Civil Engineering and is an active member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), with a C.Tech. designation. He is also an applicant member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI).
Over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and residential construction, with a diverse background that includes project management, supervision and coordination, project staging, contract administration, material testing and project inspection.
Professional experience span both residential and commercial property development, including site servicing, building construction, major sewer and watermain installations, road construction, bridge construction, surveying and layout, as well as aggregate, concrete, and asphalt material processing and testing.
